Caroline is French and American, has lived in Latin America and Europe, and speaks French and Spanish fluently. She appreciates the richness and challenges of multiculturalism in relationships and families.

She is passionate about Imago Relationship Therapy and enjoys helping couples experience deeper connection, healing, wholeness, and joy in their relationship.
-Parenting and Families
She is a leader with the Parent Encouragement Program (PEP) in Kensington, Maryland, where she teaches classes for parents based on an Adlerian model of positive discipline to create healthy relationships and promote responsibility and cooperation in children. She has taught children of all ages and adults and worked with diverse at-risk youth and their families.

She has experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, and interpersonal issues.

She believes in the importance of integrating mind, body, and spirit in any process of change. She affirms the potential for healing and growth in all people and seeks to create a safe and sacred space for clients through a collaborative counseling relationship that respects clients’ spiritual journeys.
Education
Caroline holds a Masters in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University of Maryland and a Masters in Education from Harvard University. She has completed training for certification in Imago Relationship Therapy and is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).
She and her husband have been married for 17 years and have 4 young children. Their family has been greatly enriched by practicing Imago and PEP principles.
