Nina Lovelace, MSW, LGSW, holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a focus on mental health and a sub-specialization in Employee Assistance Programs and received her undergraduate education from Bowie State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Currently, Nina is a licensed IMAGO Relationship Therapy intern at the Imago Center of Washington, DC. Additionally, Nina works on several national grants providing resources to youth most at-risk in the effort to reduce delinquency and develop communities in which youth can thrive.
Nina’s goals in therapy are to help couples work through their misunderstandings, reduce conflict and rediscover their loving connection to foster healing and growth. She also provides psychotherapy services for adults suffering from depression and anxiety related issues and who need help with life transitions. Nina firmly believes that people grow the most from facing adversity and rising to meet life’s challenges and her purpose is to help others realize that and achieve their greatest potential.
