TherapyPortal.com is a patient portal, allowing patients to manage appointments, receive appointment reminders, receive documents, complete paperwork, and make secure payments.
Creating a patient profile:
- Your patient profile is opened based on your email address and your Date of Birth.
- Couples will each have their own profile on the portal.
- Your therapist will send you an email invitation to create a patient profile. The invitation will expire in 24 hours.
- After creating your profile, you can request an appointment with your therapist.
- Your therapist will accept or contact you to adjust your request.
- You will receive an automatic appointment reminder. Appointments can be made more than 48 hours before the desired date and time.
- Missed appointments will be billed as if you attended them. Clients can cancel or change appointments with no penalty up to 48 hours before the appointment.
- Insurance-ready superbills are available upon request.
