Keeping the Love You Find™

“What will happen as you make progress is that the energy that is now bound up in your defenses and adaptations, that you expend to protect yourself from hurt, will start to be available to go back into the universe, into energetic currents of the world, into Eros, and you will naturally and effortlessly attract a healing partner.” From Keeping The Love You Find, (p. 265) by Dr. Harville Hendrix

Your relationships have shaped you, grown you, hurt you, and made you who you are today.

This Workshop is for Individuals Who Want:

  • Healthy lasting relationships
  • To learn how to be a better partner
  • To look at their own contribution to the challenges, pain, success, and joys in relationships
  • To invest in personal growth work

Experience the joy of finding & embracing your whole true self. Participants will use written exercises, meditation, visualization, and dialogues as they set off on a journey of self.
