About Me
Supporting people on their journeys of self-discovery, healing and authenticity brings me true joy.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by over 15 years as a workforce consultant, helping
individuals align their interests with purpose. This blend of experience allows me to offer holistic
support, integrating both personal growth and fulfillment into my therapeutic approach.
Honoring Culture
Your cultural norms, customs, spirituality, values, and beliefs are warmly woven into our
sessions, honoring your whole self and ensuring you feel seen, heard, and valued.
Therapeutic Approach
I take an evidence-based, integrative approach, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Imago, and the Gottman Method. At your pace,
we’ll nurture greater well-being through insight, connection, and moments of laughter.
Who I see: Adults 18+
I support individuals and couples facing stress, anxiety, depression, career challenges, life
transitions, spirituality, and relationship concerns.
