Jasmine is intentional about creating a safe space to hold the parts of you that may feel stuck, conflicted, or ready for change. She offers a gentle and collaborative space for clients to unlock new parts of themselves and move forward with more clarity. Her style draws from nearly two decades as an HR consultant, where she sat in many rooms helping people navigate the pressure of balancing it all: high pressure environments, identity, relationships, and wellbeing.

Let’s be real: therapy wasn’t on many families’ weekly to-do lists. So if you’re feeling curious, nervous, or even skeptical, you’re not alone.

Jasmine’s life as a wife and mother of two multicultural children continues to inform her understanding of blending worlds. She also draws from her lived experiences abroad, including calling Colombia, South America home, spending summers traveling the African continent, and staying connected to her African American roots in the United States. These experiences have given her a deep respect for the values, beliefs, and stories shaped by culture, offering clients the opportunity to bring their full selves into the room. No code-switching here.
