I work with adults and young adults navigating stress, identity, relationships, communication, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I want to create a thoughtful, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and free to explore new perspectives as you move toward meaningful change.

For more than three decades in education, as a teacher, department chair, administrator, and advisor, I supported students, families, and colleagues through growth, challenge, and change. I helped people navigate difficult conversations, clarify their values, and build stronger connections with themselves and others. That is the same work I bring to the room with you now.

Outside of this work and my graduate studies, I’m married with two young adult children. I’m happiest with a good book, a hike, or time with the people I love.
