What You'll Experience
Based on Imago Relationship Therapy, developed by Drs. Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly Hunt, this internationally recognized workshop brings together insights about relationships with practical tools and meaningful experiences.
Through engaging presentations, personal reflection, and guided conversations, you'll have opportunities to:
- Understand your relationship patterns and how your emotional history influences the way you connect.
- Learn the Imago Dialogue, a structured way of communicating that fosters deeper listening, understanding, and empathy.
- Transform conflict into connection by exploring what's beneath recurring frustrations and disagreements.
- Rekindle appreciation and intimacy by rediscovering the qualities that brought you together.
- Create a shared relationship vision and explore how to bring more intentionality, joy, and connection into your everyday lives.
A Personal Experience, Shared Together
Although you'll be learning alongside other couples, all personal conversations and exercises take place privately with your partner. You'll never be asked to share intimate details of your relationship with the group.
The atmosphere is warm, supportive, and engaging, with space for reflection, discovery, laughter, and meaningful connection.
