Helping Clients Thrive
Transform Your Relationships — and Your Life!
Many people find themselves caught in painful, repeating patterns—feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or alone, even in close relationships. I work with individuals and couples to understand these patterns at their roots, heal old wounds, and create more intentional, fulfilling ways of relating.
I specialize in supporting adults across a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, self-esteem, grief and loss, sexuality, multicultural issues, and spirituality.
Experience the Power of Imago Therapy
Through private sessions, groups, and intensives, I offer a structured, relational approach to healing and growth. Rather than only talking about challenges, we work with them as they arise—creating new experiences of connection, understanding, and change.
One of my greatest joys is leading transformational workshops for couples alongside my husband of over 30 years, Jason. Together, we are committed to “walking our talk,” bringing our lived experience into the work we offer.
Our offerings include:
✨ Getting the Love You Want — For couples seeking to strengthen and deepen their connection
✨ Start Right, Stay Connected — Premarital workshops to help couples build a strong foundation
✨ Thrive Intimately — Workshops focused on deepening intimacy and sexual connection
Empowering Therapists
One of my greatest joys is training and supporting fellow professionals in Imago Relationship Therapy. Our 96-hour Imago Clinical Training is a unique, immersive experience that fosters profound learning, personal growth, and meaningful connection.
This transformative training not only enriches your clinical practice but also welcomes you into the vibrant, supportive Imago international community.
In addition to training, I offer individual supervision and lead monthly group supervision for clinicians seeking ongoing growth, insight, and support.
Celebrating Multiculturalism
As a Franco-American therapist fluent in English, Spanish, and French, I bring a deep appreciation for both the richness and complexity of multicultural identities and relationships.
I am dedicated to helping clients explore and find meaning in their cultural identities, contexts, and heritages. I warmly welcome individuals of all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities, and I am committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space for every client.
Embracing an Integrative and Holistic Approach
I believe that meaningful change happens when we integrate mind, body, and spirit. Grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective, my work draws on the principles of Imago theory, relational neurobiology, positive psychology, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. I am deeply committed to ongoing professional learning and regularly seek out opportunities to expand and deepen my approach.
