About me
Hey there! I’m thrilled to be part of the vibrant D.C. area, where I engage in helping people thrive both at work and in their personal lives. With years of experience in human resources, I love being a trusted ally for anyone navigating life’s ups and downs. Originally from New Jersey, I now reside in Virginia with my husband and our two kids. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler, a salsa dance enthusiast, and someone who believes in the power of a good laugh. Looking forward to connecting with you!
Therapeutic Approach
I use an integrative approach, incorporating techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Imago therapy. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can discover their authentic selves, build healthy relationships, and improve their relational interactions. I am excited to walk alongside you, supporting you every step of the way as you reach for your goals and embrace your unique journey.
Embracing Cultural Diversity
I deeply believe that our cultural identities shape how we view and understand the world. With this understanding, I strive to honor and integrate each client’s unique cultural background into our therapeutic work. By doing so, I aim to create a supportive environment where your individual experiences and perspectives are acknowledged and valued. Together, we can navigate your personal journey with a holistic approach that respects and celebrates your individuality.
Who I work with
I support individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Whether you’re dealing with low self-confidence, resolving conflict, career struggles, parenting, or healing from trauma, I’m here to walk this journey with you.
